WAW Discount App – Customer Membership Terms & Conditions (Ireland)

Welcome to the WAW Discount App. These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) explain how your membership works and outline the agreement between you and WAW Discount App (“WAW”, “we”, “us”, or “our”).

By registering for the WAW Discount App, starting a free trial, or purchasing a membership or Tourist Saver Pass, you agree to these Terms.

1. Membership Overview

The WAW Discount App gives members access to exclusive discounts, offers, and promotions from participating businesses across Ireland.

We currently offer the following membership options:

Standard Annual Membership

Available with:

  • Weekly payments
  • Monthly payments
  • Yearly upfront payments

Tourist Saver Pass

A short-term membership option designed for visitors and tourists.

2. Free Trial

A 7-day free trial is available exclusively to residents of Ireland who register for the Standard Annual Membership.

To verify eligibility, we may request proof of Irish residency, including:

  • An Irish address
  • A payment method issued in Ireland

Important Notes

  • The Tourist Saver Pass is not eligible for the free trial.
  • You may cancel your Standard Membership at any time during the 7-day trial without being charged.
  • If you do not cancel before the trial period ends, your membership will automatically continue as a 12-month contract, and payments will begin based on your selected billing plan.

3. Subscription Options & Payment Terms

Standard Annual Membership Pricing
  • Weekly Plan: €[Insert Amount] per week

  • Yearly Plan: €[Insert Amount] per year

All Standard Membership plans are part of a 12-month commitment, beginning immediately after the free trial unless cancelled beforehand.

Tourist Saver Pass

The Tourist Saver Pass is available in fixed durations, including:

  • 7-Day Pass
  • 30-Day Pass

Key conditions:

  • No contract required
  • No automatic renewal
  • No free trial eligibility
  • Payment must be made upfront
  • Purchases are non-refundable

4. Cancellation Policy

Standard Membership
  • You may cancel your membership during the 7-day free trial without any charges.
  • Once the free trial ends, the membership becomes a binding 12-month agreement.
  • Early cancellation after the trial period is not permitted except where required under Irish law.
Tourist Saver Pass

Tourist Saver Pass purchases cannot be cancelled, refunded, or transferred once activated.

5. Referral Program

Members may invite others to join WAW using a unique referral code.

Referral rewards (such as a free month or promotional voucher) will only be issued when the referred user successfully activates a 12-month Standard Membership.

Please note:

  • Referrals resulting in Tourist Saver Pass purchases are not eligible for rewards.
  • WAW reserves the right to refuse or remove referral rewards in cases of misuse or fraudulent activity.

6. Use of the App

By using the WAW Discount App, you agree to:

  • Use the app for personal and non-commercial purposes only
  • Not copy, share, resell, or misuse discount codes or app content
  • Follow all applicable Irish laws and these Terms

Any misuse, abuse, or fraudulent activity may result in immediate suspension or termination of your account without refund.

7. Discount Availability

WAW partners with a variety of businesses throughout Ireland to provide offers and discounts.

Please note that:

  • Participating businesses and offers may change at any time
  • Specific discounts are subject to availability
  • WAW cannot guarantee that any particular offer will always remain active

8. Data Protection & Privacy

WAW complies with the requirements of the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) and the Data Protection Act 2018.

Your personal information is used only for:

  • Account management
  • Membership services
  • Customer communication
  • Promotional updates where permitted

9. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by Irish law, WAW is not responsible for:

  • Disputes between users and participating businesses
  • Temporary service interruptions or technical issues
  • Loss of access caused by third-party providers or user error
  • Indirect, incidental, or consequential damages

Our maximum liability to any member is limited to the amount paid for the current membership period.

10. Governing Law & Jurisdiction

These Terms are governed by the laws of Ireland.

Any disputes arising from these Terms or the use of the WAW Discount App shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Ireland.

11. Changes to These Terms

WAW may update or modify these Terms from time to time.

Where significant changes are made, we will provide at least 30 days’ notice. Continued use of the app after changes take effect will be considered acceptance of the updated Terms.

By registering for the WAW Discount App, starting a free trial, or purchasing a membership or Tourist Saver Pass, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms & Conditions.
